Contraindications for therapeutic sound are epilepsy, pacemakers, early stage pregnancy and acute mental health issues/distress. Please get in touch with any questions or concerns prior to booking.

Group sessions are small numbers and spaces are limited. Props are provided for your comfort as you will be lying down during the session. A comfy chair (with footstool) is available, please let me know on enquiry if you wish to reserve it. Water is available, though feel free to bring your own water bottle if you prefer.

Sessions take place at 339, Skircoat Green Road, Halifax HX3 0LX. We are next to the dental practice. There is free 2hr parking outside most of the businesses during the day (except the post office which is 15 mins) and there are no restrictions after 7pm.
