You'll be invited to rest and receive harmonic sounds with the crystal alchemy singing bowls, explore cleansing and balancing the energy field with plant essences and enjoy time to chat and share your experience if you wish.

There's a comfy chair & footstool for anyone who doesn't want to lie down. Let me know on booking if you'd like to reserve it. The evening sessions are 7-9pm.
