A sound bath session for 3 to 4 people with the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® (1hr)

This bespoke session is a sound bath but can also include other elements such as yoga nidra, crystal palm-stones, plant essences and oracle cards at your request.

Please note and pass on to your group, the contraindications for sound therapy are epilepsy, pacemakers, early stage pregnancy and acute mental health issues/distress. Please get in touch with any questions or concerns on booking or prior to the session.
