Join Natalie for a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath full sensory immersion. The studio will be transformed using full wall visuals, sound and aroma bringing in the energy of the trees and the transition from Autumn to Winter. This is a great time to remind the body of ways to find deep rest, to support ourselves and replenish energetically.
Relax and Heal
A deeply relaxing, restorative session in which you can rest comfortably and receive healing harmonic sound frequencies of the Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls whilst in a deeply restful ‘savasana’ (reclined) position.
Crystal Alchemy Bowls
Crystal Alchemy bowls emit the purest, high frequency therapeutic crystalline sounds as they are made from an alchemy of high grade quartz, precious stones, metals and earth elements.
Receiving these vibrations connects us deeply with nature, with our innermost selves and ignites a healing response within the body.
Healing Crystal & Plant Essences
Natalie is experienced in crystal therapy and in the use of plant essences for their healing benefits. The energies of the trees, of amber and petrified wood will be woven into the session to deepen your connection to the trees and their deeply supportive and restorative energy. Pure essential oil aromas have been chosen to compliment and you can choose a card from the Tree Angel Oracle to receive an intuitive message if you wish.
Palm Stones
If you feel guided you can choose palm-stones during the session from a selection of moss agate, tree agate, amber and petrified wood which will be available, to both support the physical body and connect to the deeper healing properties.
Nourish
Afterwards everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy a homemade healthy drink and snack.
Suitable for all - except those with a pacemaker, epilepsy or in early stage pregnancy which are potential contraindications for sound healing.
