Sound Meditation Taster Session

This is an opportunity to come and experience the meditative effect and therapeutic benefits of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®. The sound session will start promptly at 5pm until 5.30pm and there will be time to chat afterwards.

The possible contraindications for sound are epilepsy, pacemakers and early stage pregnancy. Please get in touch with any queries…

Seated/lying places are available on booking. Suggested donation is £6

Advance booking is preferable as spaces are limited. If you arrive after this time, please don’t ring the doorbell as it will disrupt the session.. thankyou!

Afterwards the shop will be open until 9pm :)
