This will be a relaxing, restorative session to mark the Summer Solstice (which is actually Thursday 20th at 9:50pm.. with the full moon on Saturday 22nd).

The sound bath session will include optional elements such as crystals, plant essences and oracle cards. You will be lying/seated comfortably and all props are provided.

You can bring in an intention if you wish to reflect on anything you would like to release and anything you would like to welcome in. Sound is a powerful carrier of intention so we can use this to assist us.

The cost is £18 each.

There are 4 spaces. Please let me know if you require a chair on booking. The contraindications for sound are epilepsy, pacemakers and early stage pregnancy.. please get in touch with any questions or concerns.
