A sound bath to celebrate Imbolc, the element of fire and the return of the light.

We will start with a long alchemy sound bath… then we will work with some specially chosen plant essences to assist us transitioning into the Spring, bringing balance and expansion.

The sound bath is deeply relaxing and restorative. Additional elements such as crystals and oracle cards are available to choose if you wish.

There are 6 spaces. Please let me know if you require a chair on booking. The contraindications for sound are epilepsy, pacemakers and early stage pregnancy.. please get in touch with any questions or concerns.
