This relaxing, restorative afternoon sound bath takes place monthly, in or around the energies of the full moon.

Energy is amplified on the full moons and so it’s an optimal time to relax and receive the sound frequencies of the crystal alchemy bowls. It can be a powerful time for releasing any energies which no longer serve us - what’s old & outworn… making way for the new.

You will be lying comfortably and all props are provided.

You can bring in a personal intention if you wish for anything you would like to release or anything you would like to welcome in. Sound is a powerful carrier of intention so we can use this to assist us.

There are 6 spaces. Please let me know if you require a chair on booking. The contraindications for sound are epilepsy, pacemakers and early stage pregnancy.. please get in touch with any questions or concerns.
