This relaxing, restorative session takes place monthly, in or around the energies of the full moon.

Energy is amplified on the full moons and so it’s an optimal time to relax and receive the sound frequencies of the crystal alchemy bowls. It can be a powerful time for releasing any energies which no longer serve us - what’s old & outworn… making way for the new.

The session comprises of a sound bath (you’ll be lying/seated comfortably - all props provided) and incorporating other elements such as crystals, plant essences and oracle cards (all optional!)

There are intention cards provided which you can use if you wish to reflect on anything you would like to release and anything you would like to welcome in. Sound is a powerful carrier of intention and we can use this to assist us.

There are 5 spaces (lying down) and 1 -2 seated. Please let me know if you require a chair on booking. The contraindications for sound are epilepsy, pacemakers and early stage pregnancy.. please get in touch with any concerns or questions.
