This experiential workshop is aimed at those curious about sound as a healing modality and the beautiful energies of the Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls. We’ll discuss the way sound works, the properties of the alchemy bowls and experience the effects of crystalline sound on the body, mind and emotions. The workshop also provides the opportunity to experience playing the bowls in a small group setting (max 3 participants). It will be a great introduction to further workshops should you wish to continue exploring.. There will be space for plenty of enquiry, meditation, sharing experiences, Q&A and the afternoon will end with a sound bath so you can leave feeling rested and sparkly.

The cost is £55 and payment in full secures your place. Refunds cannot be given however with over a weeks notice payment can be transferred to another workshop or used against therapies and shop purchases. Any cancellations due to govt regulations can be rescheduled.
