This workshop is a practical and experiential introduction to crystals, crystal energy and the intuition. We will be exploring crystals for personal use... what they do, how they work and how to learn to trust and develop your intuition in connecting with crystals. We'll discuss choosing crystals, sourcing, buying, ethics and more in a small group setting, with time to connect with them ourselves and plenty of Q&A. The workshop will end with a crystal alchemy sound bath so you can leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Natalie has been working with crystals for 15 years and qualified as a gold standard ACHO crystal therapist in 2014. Since then, she has incorporated yoga nidra, sound and plant essences into her work. The cost is £44. Full payment will secure your place and cannot be refunded, though with a weeks notice, payment can be transferred to another workshop or used against sessions or shop purchases.
